Shipping

One-off sales of products. We will deliver the products to you in line with the delivery option you have chosen at the checkout. In any event within 14 days after the day on which we accept your order.

Delivery costs. The costs of delivery will be displayed clearly on the order page before payment is requested.

UK delivery. Once all the products are placed in your basket, the delivery costs will be determined by the weight of the order and the destination.

International delivery. We deliver internationally. Once all the products are placed in your basket, the delivery costs will be determined by the weight of the order and the destination.

Import duties and taxes for international delivery. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations for which the products are destined. We will not be liable to or responsible if you break any such law.

 

Returns

One-off returns. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Subscription returns. You will still be entitled to return products that have been bought under our subscription services, in accordance with clause 10.2 of the terms and conditions.
