My name is Ricki Takooree.

Back when I turned 18, I began noticing patchy bald spots on my head.

The diagnosis: Alopecia, brought on by depression.

Doctors suggested anti-depressants, but I was hesitant, knowing their impact on friends and family at the time.

That's when I decided to take a different path...

I'd retreat to my bedroom, switch off the lights, and light a candle.

As I gazed at the flame, I'd ponder my problems, seeking solutions.

After a while, ideas emerged, and I'd blow out the candle, ready to tackle those challenges head-on.

And it worked!

That experience inspired me to create something that could help others - BEMAN Candles.
